These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Receipt Expense Snap (the “app”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

You agree to use the app only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Your Content

You are responsible for the receipt images, notes, and other content you choose to import, store, edit, export, or share through the app.

You confirm that:

• You have the right to use the content you import into the app.
• You are responsible for reviewing OCR results before relying on them.
• You are responsible for any sharing, reporting, reimbursement, tax, accounting, or recordkeeping decisions made using exported content.

3. OCR and Export Accuracy

The app attempts to recognize text and organize receipt information automatically, but recognition and classification results may be incomplete or inaccurate.

You should review important fields, including merchant, date, amount, category, and notes, before relying on them for financial, reimbursement, tax, or business purposes.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription, including certain export capabilities.

If you purchase a subscription:

• Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to Apple’s App Store terms and policies.
• Subscription status and restore-purchase behavior may rely on the local App Store state available on your device.
• Feature availability may change if your subscription expires, enters a grace period, or cannot be restored.

5. Availability

We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features of the app at any time.

We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

6. No Professional Advice

Receipt Expense Snap is a productivity tool and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, reimbursement, or financial advice.

Any output from the app should be reviewed by you before use in official, financial, or compliance-related contexts.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Receipt Expense Snap and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from your use of the app, including losses related to:

• Deleted or unavailable local files
• Export or sharing failures
• Subscription or restore-purchase issues
• Decisions made based on app output

If local law does not allow certain limitations, those limitations apply only to the extent permitted.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

We may suspend or limit access to the app or certain features if necessary for legal, technical, or operational reasons.
